Here’s the chicken liver pâté recipe we make at home. I recommend sticking to these proportions for the best flavor. First, soak the liver in cold water for at least 1 hour. Ingredients: • 2 pieces of liver • ½ apple • 1 large carrot • ¼ onion • 2 tablespoons butter You can either steam everything or bake it. * Steam for about 30 minutes. * Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.
